Good Morning MHBC FAMILY,

 

Days 4- 6 of our 40 Day Fast.

Commitments: 

1) 20 minutes of prayer & meditation & exercise in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening = 40/day

3) Abstain from your choice of food and social media.

4) SEEK Victory in your life - SEEKING GOD more in your daily living

 

In 1 John 2:5-6 says “But whoever keeps His Word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as Jesus walked.”

 

The word “Walk” means the (Ongoing Pattern of Your Life). What you do on a Regular and Continual basis. During this 40 Day Prayer & Fast, why not re-examine your Walk. What I know is that when you submit to the Holy Spirit and spend substantive time with Jesus, you start walking, living, acting and reacting differently. I pray that these days of prayer and fasting will give us a new walk, pattern and practice of living. Remember, what ever you practice is formed into a pattern and you practice to get better at it.
